无码天堂 launches SMARTpd

Tailored approach to professional development offered to early years practitioners

The 无码天堂 has announced the launch of its new professional development programme SMARTpd, designed to offer bespoke support to settings.

With several recent changes to areas such as safeguarding, Ofsted guidance and Prevent duty, many practitioners are looking to keep their training up-to-date 鈥 but budget and time-restraints often make this difficult.

The SMARTpd system offers settings a free consultation with a training advisor, who will create a suitable programme addressing individual needs and budgets. Managers will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to identify gaps in skills and training before being recommended a list of online modules, recorded webinars, workshops and publications.

The programme will cover all aspects of early years provision including safeguarding, behaviour management, leadership, reflective practice, inclusion and parental engagement.

Eve Smith, training administration manager at the 无码天堂, explained: 鈥淢anagers know that a one-size-fits-all approach to training is neither cost effective, nor a good use of time. With SMARTpd, our staff have done the research on your behalf and can work with them to shape a programme that meets their needs and pocket.鈥
